Marianne Saunders

Marianne has a long-standing connection to the Broads, having grown up in and around the area. Now a volunteer at Horning Sailing Club, she continues to spend much of her time on the river.

With a background at Mills & Reeve LLP, she brings a wealth of experience in legal administration, tax law and accountancy, providing valuable support in her role.

She enjoys being part of an organisation that helps protect the Broads for future generations, while appreciating all it offers as a place to live and socialise.

Marianne feels most connected to the sense of calm the Broads provide—whether it’s a quiet sail or time spent observing the wildlife. An hour on the river towards Blackhorse Broad is often all it takes to reset from the pace of everyday life.
