Marc Chattle

Marc first reconnected with the Broads in 2021 during a holiday, after many years away. A visit to the Ramblers Gallery and Gift Shop led him to the Broads Society, and he soon became involved through voluntary proofreading and editing before taking on the role of Co-editor of Harnser magazine in 2024.

With a background supporting a wide range of projects in Health Services Research, Marc brings strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with particular experience in formatting and editing written materials.

He enjoys playing a part in supporting the Broads so that others can continue to experience and appreciate this special landscape.

Marc feels a strong connection to the Broads through childhood memories and the simple pleasure of returning—just being there is what makes it meaningful.
